Chipapalooza GREEN
May 9th, College Park
We are proud to announce Chipapalooza GREEN at noon on May 9th at the Knights of Columbus 9450 Cherry Hill Road College Park, MD 20740. The show will raise awareness of environmental problems in Maryland and all the profits will be donated to the Maryland Association for Environmental and Outdoor Education. The event will feature live music starting at noon, some great outdoor activities, guest speakers, food and beverages, merchandise, and a marketplace for green businesses to showcase their products and services.

About Chipapalooza
The Chipapalooza Charity Concert was started by three high school friends - Chip Hiden, Chris Trenner, and Pat Gibson. The first concert took place in Hiden's backyard and raised over a thousand dollars for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Over 300 people attended and demanded that the concert become an annual tradition. Since then, the concert has continued to grow, being held in bigger venues, featuring nationally touring acts, and raising more money for charity. Now in our fifth year, we are planning our biggest concert yet - Chipapalooza GREEN. For more information, check out our blog or visit the shows section.
